Payment terms shall be outlined in the applicable contract or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in work suspension, late fees, or contract termination. All outstanding balances must be settled before project completion or handover.

All drawings, designs, plans, specifications, and documents produced by Red Leaf Constructions Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
